We can also store the personal data for longer if you have granted or will grant explicit and specific permission for this. Finally, we can also store your personal data for longer if we are legally obliged to do so. If the agreed or legal terms have expired, we will delete the personal data.

 

Are personal data processed and stored when you visit our website?

For complex requests, the term can be extended once by 4 weeks. During the processing, we make use of the legal options to grant or reject your request(s). If the request is rejected, we will properly motivate it.

 

If we act as a processor and another party is the controller of your personal data, we will forward your request(s) to the controller as soon as possible. In that case, you will receive a response to your request(s) from the controller.
