The personal data you provide will be treated with the utmost care and complete confidentiality.

Moreover, the personal data is only used for the aforementioned purposes, and shared with the persons within our organization who need to take note of your personal data in order to provide you with a good service.

We do not store your personal data longer than is necessary for the purpose for which we received the personal data, as well as a reasonable period thereafter for any administrative and financial settlement of the assignment. We can also store the personal data for longer if you have granted or will grant explicit and specific permission for this. Finally, we can also store your personal data for longer if we are legally obliged to do so. If the agreed or legal terms have expired, we will delete the personal data.


Are personal data processed and stored when you visit our website?

What rights do you have under the GDPR?

As a data subject you have the following rights under the GDPR:

  • right to erasure of your personal data. If there is a statutory retention obligation, the personal data will be deleted immediately after the expiry of this retention obligation;

You can send your request to make use of these rights with an explanation to We will handle the request within the statutory period of 4 weeks. For complex requests, the term can be extended once by 4 weeks. During the processing, we make use of the legal options to grant or reject your request(s). If the request is rejected, we will properly motivate it.


If we act as a processor and another party is the controller of your personal data, we will forward your request(s) to the controller as soon as possible. In that case, you will receive a response to your request(s) from the controller.
